There is a
place for you.
Every Sunday happens because people like you say yes. Use your gifts, build real friendships, and help others encounter Jesus.
Church isn't something we watch.
It's something we build together.
Serving is one of the fastest ways to go from visitor to family. You don't need a title or a résumé — just a willing heart.
Use your gifts
God made you on purpose. Serving lets you put what you're good at, or want to learn, to work for His Kingdom.
Build real relationships
Teams become friends. Serving side by side is where a lot of Shiloh's best connections start.
Help people encounter God
A warm welcome, a clear sound mix, a kid who feels safe, small things open doors for someone to meet Jesus.
"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace"1 Peter 4:10 · ESV

Count me in.
Tell us a little about you and we'll connect you with the right team.
Before you jump in.
Do I need to be a member of Shiloh to serve?
Not at all. If you call Shiloh home, or you're getting there, you're welcome to serve. Some teams that lead from the front may ask you to be attending for a little while first.
Do I need any experience?
Nope. Most teams will train you from scratch, and you'll shadow someone before serving on your own. A willing heart is the only requirement.
How often would I serve?
It's up to you and your team. Many volunteers serve once or twice a month; you'll tell us what works for your life in the form.
Why do Kids teams need a background check?
Keeping our kids safe is non-negotiable. Anyone serving in Nursery or Children's Church completes a simple background check before serving. We'll walk you through it.
Can I try more than one team?
Absolutely. Pick every team you're curious about. we'll help you try them out and settle where you fit best.
I still have a question.
We'd love to hear it. Email us at info@shilohaustin.com and someone will get back to you.
Start with a Sunday.
Come worship with us first — Sundays at 10:00 AM, 7601 Guadalupe St, Austin. You can always sign up to serve when you're ready.
